I work on upper surfaces first, let it dry for 15 minutes, flip the model over and spray the under surfaces, then once they have set up, I do both sides and set it aside to dry for half an hour. It will look terrible at first … this is normal! Any dust will look like tumbleweeds, and the surface may be very pebbly. This will level out nicely if you are patient. It may take two coats to get a decent gloss for decalling. I set the model aside to dry overnight. The Future is very tough and makes the model both sandable (which Tamiya paints are NOT) and hard to accidentally scratch.
